Augustinus Bader is a luxury skincare brand renowned for its science-driven approach to beauty.

During my collaboration with the brand, my role was to maintain a balance between refined, high-end storytelling and an approachable, engaging communication style.

I focused on developing a consistent global tone of voice and visual identity that reflected the brand’s prestige while remaining relatable to its audience. At the same time, I worked on driving steady engagement growth across social channels without compromising the brand’s sense of exclusivity. An additional challenge was executing new product launches and campaigns.

Strategy & Execution

My strategy focused on building a seamless connection between Augustinus Bader’s scientific heritage and its luxury positioning. I developed a cohesive content framework that combined minimalist visuals, refined copy, and a calm, confident tone of voice—reflecting the brand’s premium character while fostering authenticity and trust.

On social media, I established a consistent posting rhythm aligned with key product moments, global campaigns, and seasonal storytelling. Each piece of content was designed to feel editorial yet accessible, balancing aspirational beauty with genuine community value.

I collaborated closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partner retailers to craft campaigns that amplified brand awareness while maintaining aesthetic integrity. Offline, I ensured visual and narrative consistency across touchpoints—adapting digital assets for print campaigns, retail displays, event materials, and press kits to deliver a unified brand experience.

To streamline execution, I implemented structured content calendars, refreshed brand guidelines, and developed customizable templates that allowed the team to scale global communications efficiently without losing creative precision.

Results

By combining refined visual storytelling with strategic influencer initiatives and high-performing product campaigns, the brand experienced a marked rise in engagement and visibility across key markets. This enhanced digital foundation later contributed to broader collaborations, including the partnership with Victoria Beckham Beauty, where a shared commitment to sophistication and consistency defined the creative direction and storytelling approach.
