Winter/Spring Season Campaign

Challenge

Galeries Lafayette Doha needed a fresh visual identity for the Winter to Spring transition to stand out in a competitive luxury retail environment, drive awareness for the new collections, and create an uplifting shopping atmosphere that encourages longer visits.

 

Approach

Developed a vibrant yet elegant visual direction that captured the energy of seasonal renewal while staying true to the brand’s French heritage of sophistication and discovery. The strategy focused on cohesive storytelling across digital and physical channels to bridge online inspiration with in-store excitement. Accompanied naturally with dedicated landingpage for promotions available in on-line store.

Execution

Created a unified set of visuals and deployed the campaign across social media platforms and mall-wide OOH digital screens. The assets promoted key Winter/Spring collections in fashion, beauty, and accessories with bright, optimistic imagery and consistent brand messaging.

Impact

The campaign strengthened brand visibility, reinforced the seasonal retail strategy, and enhanced the overall shopping experience. It successfully increased awareness of the new collections and contributed to a more dynamic and inviting mall atmosphere. Key KPI's like desireable conversions on the landing page/online store, mall's footfall and average value of shopping basket exceeded initial target.

“Let’s Play”
 Camapign

Conceptualized and designed a semi-retro, 80s-inspired campaign aimed at transforming the shopping experience into an interactive entertainment destination. The campaign extended beyond visual communication into experiential activations across multiple mall locations, including table tennis, go-karts, NES/Pegasus console spot and mini bowling installations. These activations increased dwell time, encouraged social engagement, and supported retail traffic across departments. All with accompanying digital campaign for stregthening presence and drive the traffic in on-line store.
